Is it the prc created by pilrc contains only resources using the way showed above?
I am interested in combining record database and bitmap database into single pdb, is it possible for pilrc to create such file?
No, PiLRC can't create PDB files right now. However, it's an open-source tool, and combined with code from libprc (which read/writes PRC and PDB files), it should be possible to adapt it to outputting a PDB of bitmaps. You could also just run PilRC to output .bin files, then use PAR to assemble them into PDB files too.
