Hello, Pravin! If you want to connect using Cradle (USB or Serial), you need software like Softick PPP http://www.softick.com/ppp/ Corsoft Plug2Net http://www.corsoft.com/plug2net.asp or MochaPPP http://www.mochasoft.dk/other.htm
Some of these softwares work better with OS 4, others with OS 5. What is your Palm device brand and model?
