Um, wasn't this a post on the POSE forum? You shouldn't reply into another forum...

I've had this exact same problem. It drives me nuts. I was not able to fix it and ended up just having to set CodeWarrior to launch the emulator when starting debugging. This works but we have a big app and it takes about 20-30 seconds for the emulator to load the app every time. It still drives me nuts but it does work.... eventually.

The error varries but is always one of the following: Applications (4.0) called SysFatalAlert with the message: "MemoryMgr.c, Line:4365, NULL handle". Date & Time (4.0) called SysFatalAlert with the message: "MemoryMgr.c, Line:4457, Free ptr". Date & Time (4.0) called SysFatalAlert with the message: "MemoryMgr.c, Line:4365, NULL handle". Applications (4.0) called SysFatalAlert with the message: "MemoryMgr.c, Line:4457, Free ptr". Applications (4.0) just read from memory location 0x000057AE, which is in an unallocated chunk of memory. Phone (4.0) called SysFatalAlert with the message: "MemoryMgr.c, Line:4365, NULL handle". If I restart the emulator and do a hard reset it will work once but after that I get errors everytime I try to debug. I've tried everything I could think of to fix this including re-downloading the emulator (3.5) and roms and skins, using different roms (i usually use platform41_m505_enUS.rom but I've tried every other one I can download), rolling it back to version 3.4, using the Sony Emulator_CLIE, reistalling CodeWarrior, creating a bound emulator, copying the Palm OS Emulator directory from someone elses computer that doesn't have this problem... nothing fixed it.
