I am trying to see if an idea I have is feasible.
Would it possible to get access on smartphones on the technology that breaks frames into packets so that I can analyse the flow of a video discussion (imagine that video exists)? Can I play with that? Is the assembly line within reach? Or is it fully proprieteray or the network's role? I simply want to know If can analyse the stream from the sender and play with it at the receiver.
I think the answer would lie entirely with the provider of that video streaming technology. Since nothing has been announced in this area, any speculation would be theoretical right now, although I'd guess that the initial systems will be pretty closed; not to block things like this, but just for expedience in implementation.
