Where do i need to head to get the platforms that span 3G video conferencing nowadays on cell phones. Is there a way there to access the stream and play with it there?
I have no idea. This isn't an area where I've done any substantial work. Your best bet would be to contact the operators directly and find our what video providers they are working with. I've not really seen any products like this yet on the market, but general interest cell phone sites like Phone Scoop might have more info about specific things.
