Todd, Do you have a firewall setup that would prevent the communication over port 2000?

I cannot get the IDE to connect to the Emulator or Simulators. It launches them, but does not run the program on them. A message indicating a that the connection timed out is issued. I checked my comm settings and the IDE, Emulator, and Simulators are set 127.0.0.1:2000. I have a copy on a Windows XP Professional that works fine. I am stumped. Can anybody offer any insight?
