Hello, I am porting a Palm OS 3.5.2 application over to the Palm OS 4.1. In 3.5.2, I could enter the debug/download mode programmatically by putting the vchrEnterDebugger key into the event queue. However, this does not work with OS 4.1. It acts like it works but will not let my multiloader application complete the download.
Is this an OS problem or a bootloader problem with my particular hardware platform? This port is Symbol 1700 to Symbol 1800 board and I am sure the bootloaders and there interfaces to the programming applications are somewhat different. Any insight would be appreciated!
