Point taken Peter. I still think there is a problem with having to dig
around in the dark for obscure information. As these technologies are
continuously developing it is evident that the people that try a bit harder
are rewarded for their effort and those that don't go under.

One example as I quoted is the security programming for an unlock key. The
only information on this is not from Palm but from one obscure website.

Another example which is a part of my learning curve at the moment is that I
applied to Palm as a developer two weeks ago to market my application and
have not heard a thing. No one's at home!

Contrast this with Handango where it took me an hour to register and upload
my application and received a nice email back welcoming me onboard and
asking me to contact them if I had any problems. Handango wins and Palm
loses, regardless of any personal notions I may have towards either corps.
