Peter, Point taken Peter. I still think there is a problem with having to dig around in the dark for obscure information. As these technologies are continuously developing it is evident that the people that try a bit harder are rewarded for their effort and those that don't go under.
One example as I quoted is the security programming for an unlock key. The only information on this is not from Palm but from one obscure website. Another example which is a part of my learning curve at the moment is that I applied to Palm as a developer two weeks ago to market my application and have not heard a thing. No one's at home! Contrast this with Handango where it took me an hour to register and upload my application and received a nice email back welcoming me onboard and asking me to contact them if I had any problems. Handango wins and Palm loses, regardless of any personal notions I may have towards either corps.
