Hi,
Basically, every Palm that has the universal connector has kinda RS232/(I
sync my Tungsten T3 via RS232). Same is valid for the III,V and Vii Series.
The Devices with the Mini USB port, however, do not have any kind of RS232
hardware.
A Palm handheld with Compact Flash is only available from Sony, but I
wouldnt invest there anymore because they want to leave the market.
I would go with the Tungsten T or the m515-they are well readable both
indoors and outdoors and shouldnt be that expensive anymore. However, stay
away from the transflective Screens. Although they are well indoors, their
outdoor viewability is greatly degraded!
Best regards
Tam

Hello

I would like to know which palm device has RS232 on its connector and which
one has USB...

m105
m500
m505
m515
III
IIIc
IIIx
IIIxe
...
and so on

Can anyone give my an idea of all the palm and their interface capabilities

PS : This is for a robotique application :
I would like to have a color screen palm with extension card capabilities
(SD, compact flash) and with RS232 interface... But if I cannot get all of
these, I would like to know which one can do the best compromise for my
project.

Many thanks
