I got the 4.3 debugger working by copying over a newer USBport.dll to 
resolve connection error 040E as described in web searches. However, it 
still says the heap flags are wrong. At least it seems to have mdebug 
and related commands.

Where can I find a Treo 600 SDK? I only see a Treo Simulator at 
palmOne's Plugged-In place.
