Is simulator for Zire 72 is available in chinese.
I don't think palmOne has released a fully localized Zire 72 for the Chinese market, so then the answer would be no. If the 3rd party hacks ("overlays") used to support Chinese on the Z72 were all written in 68K, then you could just load them onto PalmSim, but I believe they use ARM code, and thus wouldn't work.
