Thanks Ben. I see. My scroll bar is for the whole table.

I have a related question...

My table does not take up the whole display as a typical table+scroll bar
would. It's small in a dialog with other controls. I put a frame around it.
Where should the scroll bar go? Inside the frame? I've searched for example
pictures, but didn't find any.

Inside the frame is the correct UI construct here.
