I have a client that have about 30 TW. I few of them became in a trange state (4 I think).
The clock becomes mixteup somehow. When you try to change the hour, the date change also. And likewise, when you try to change the day, the hour change as if the hour and the day where tiyed togetter. When the device is in that state, the alarming is not fonctionning properly. I soft reset put it back in the right state but I have no clue on how they got corrupted that way. Any clue?
