I still had the memory error problem with the constructor that came with
the Palm OS Garnet SDK (68K) R3 download. When I look at the "About"
window for Constructor it says 1.8.1.

Hmmm... Actually now that I am looking at the directory I have 2 copies
of Constructor.

One is in:
C:\Program Files\Metrowerks\CodeWarrior\Palm Tools\Constructor\

The Version tab in File Properties says this copy is version 1.9.1

And the other is:
C:\Program Files\Metrowerks\CodeWarrior\CW for Palm OS Tools\Constructor
for Palm OS\

The Version tab in File Properties says this copy is version 1.8.1

Somewhat confusing to me. This is after installing the above mentioned
SDK. Looks like the second path is the one that matters. It contained
the older version and once I copied the newer Constructor from the first
location to the second, I get the proper version (1.9.1) in the About
window when I start Constructor.

Not sure what I did wrong when I installed the SDK, but it seems like
the directory paths in the SDK .zip don't match up quite right with CW.
Maybe it's just me though...

Constructor for Palm OS 1.9 (which has the memory fix included) comes
with
the Palm OS Garnet SDK (68K) R3 download. You should install that, then

get the OS 5.4 update to refresh the header files. Download it from
http://www.palmos.com/dev/tools/sdk/sdk50.html.
