Bob: Thanks for your reply. Yes, I know I have to re-sync the two timers when the palm powers back up, but my main question is HOW do I do that? I.e. just what event can I use to trigger the fact that the palm has just been turned back on? (While the application is already running; i.e. it was running when the palm was turned off or "auto-offed".)
Keep in mind that the Notification Manager was only added in later versions of the PalmOS, so I don't want to use that if I can help it. I'm wondering if there is some flag avaliable that can tell a running application when a power key or hard key has turned the palm on (but not when such a key does NOT turn the palm on). I had a couple of other questions in my original post, also.
