Scaling Bitmap

Hi Group,
I am trying to find out if there is any standart way to scale a bitmap in 
PalmOS but I cant find anything that i can use. Does anyone have idea if there 
are PalmOS functions that can be used, or I have to do the scaling by myself 
(may be some links with info could be helpful for this part:-).
