I've not seen this error before, but I'm forwarding your message to our 
PODS team members that work with the debugger to see if they know why an 
exception would be thrown here.  Thanks for including the whole error text.

PODS 1.1 (WXP SP2, Fw:OFF, Virus protection:OFF, HID services disabled)
The emulator (m515) windows popup and configured but the applications
drop this error.
Whats wrong?
