Hi, Have you updated your Codewarrior to 9.3 ? Get patch files from Metrowerks site, First update codewarrior 9.2 patch, next update 9.3., It resolves "Failed to ...DmDatabase Protect..." problem. I got the same experience and problem solved right now.
