Jenni, PalmOne's Addit SDK would allow you to create help pages in HTML. This has to date only been available to developers with applications on Addit but it is planned to make this widely available in the new year. palmOne uses this same system for their on device manuals (Zire 72,Zire 31 and T5). The Addit SDK is primarily used to allow users to initiate a purchase from within your application. Contact me off list and I will get you the SDK to check out.
