I used-up my gripes, but I'll agree with Mr. Gurycz
about contact info on the site.  

It's near-impossible to find a way through the maze of
"support programs" to a contact for such issues.  I
ended-up going with the webmaster - partly correct in
this case but typically not.

I realize some obfuscation is normal for a huge
company, but from the site it appears that developer
(unpaid) support is relegated to the webmaster
contact.  

Even though that's not the case (forums, etc) it
doesn't reflect well IMHO.  

Whatever happened to the old "having trouble?" link,
don't sites have these anymore?  :(
