A List in Form when open with constructor but lost when linked?

I made a Form with ID 1200, it has a list with ID 1251, I really see it in 
constructor, but after I linked them to a prc file, and when call 
FrmGetObjectIndex(ActiveForm, ControlID); it returns frmInvalidObjectId, and I 
call FrmGetFormId(ActiveForm); before this and I'm sure the ID is 1200, any 
body knowns why?
