really, i thought it could be ansi. but i dont want to convert it on palm i 
want to convert it on my desktop program. so which format do i have to use? i�m 
using an Symbol SPT1800 with Palm OS 4.X .

If i convert it into unicode can i send �,�,�,etc. ? 

for example:

the problem is when i send an "�"  all i get is an double low quotation mark.
