I don't know if it should be called a bug or not... but when I press over a ScrollBar with the Stylus, scroll a bit and then, keeping the stylus on the screen, I move the stylus out of the scrollbar area, then what it does it sends the scrollbar to its original value (the value that it was before it was pressed). Is there any way to keep its value?
No. This is intentional behavior -- all controls will revert to their original value if the user moves the pen outside their control area before lifting it from the screen.
