CW has better template support, support for C++ exception handling, up to 64K data size, and more with expanded mode, comes with the Object Library for Palm OS (POL) C++ framework, and has a usable debugger for multiple-section programs.
Thanks again Ben,
yes, for my case its very interesting the CW use.
I evaluated this week the CW 9.3 use and my conclusion is that CW is a more stable and robust IDE for complete Palm Applications development if compared with PODS 1.1.
I only will not migrate to Pirlc resource editor as I prefer PORE xml like style.
The 64K data size, easy multi-segment setup, POL, STL use, exception handling, easy linking, etc makes of CW 9.3 a really amazing IDE.
I love Eclipse (PODS IDE base) due source editing is very easy using it.
But apart from source code editing, CW is a very serious design environment.
PODS is essential to bring new designers to the Palm Development world for free, but I recommend CW 9.3 instead of PODS 1.1 for professionals who wants the best of C++ language.
thanks
