Hi all, My objective is to have my Palm application "switch" from itself (say App A) to App B --- AND to have App A quit, never to be launched again (at least not automatically).
I tried using SysUIAppSwitch (with a "normal launch" code and no parameters). That works to go to App B, but after App B is done, App A gets launched. At length, I found out that SysUIAppSwitch should actually be called SysUIAppSwitchAndReturn. That was obvious from what was happening when I used it, but the on-line API Reference doesn't mention it will do this. More over, App A seems to remain the "next app to launch" until the user manually clicks on the App Launcher icon. I've read about SysAppLaunch, but I don't want to tie up resources keeping App A's program state on-hand while App B runs. I haven't been able to find out how to simply launch App B, letting App A quit. Any help would be much appreciated.
