cw9 stationery app

i used stationery wizard to begin my app... the resulting app on the palm 
simulator is named "starter" rather than the correct app.prc name, also, the 
app icon on the simulator is left offset rather than centered over the appname 
"starter", my icon is 22x22,double-density,transparency... so, two questions 
really... thanks for help...
