You'll want to take a look at the target settings for each of your targets (Debug and Release) - you'll find this towards the bottom of the Edit menu. Go to "Debug Settings" and check out the Palm OS 68K Target panel. This is where you set your app name, filename, version, etc. Don't mess with the code entry point "__Startup__" - that's fine the way it is. Also go to the PRC File Settings panel and check your creator ID there.
As for the icon, well - you're free to make it look like anything you want. I doubt you'll want to leave it set to the default.
