That's odd. This email address is correct: [EMAIL PROTECTED] However, at various times they've had my email address wrong. (Which is kind of funny, since my login *is* my email address.)
Why don't you directly mail me your phone number and I can have them give you a call.
It's okay, it seems to be working again. A few days later I had another spontaneous reset email, and since then my original password has worked. (Not the password in the email.) I think that was one of the PalmSource guys fixing things up. But next time, I think I'll do this.
In the meantime, I got the creator code I've been trying to get since December... so that's good at least. Luckily, it was just a freeware hack and there was no money riding on it. :)
