Normally, pressing the power button toggles the T|T3's power mode from awake
to asleep - but not so if a cradle is involved.

Process 1:
1. Turn the handheld on and off a few times. Leave it in the off state.
2. Place it in its cradle and wait for the beep.
3. Press the power button to attempt to re-activate the handheld.
   No response from the handheld.
4. Press the power button for a second time, and it lights up.

Process 2:
1. Turn the handheld on and off a few times. Leave it in the off state.
2. Place it in its cradle and wait for the beep.
3. Remove it from its cradle and wait for the beep.
3. Press the power button to attempt to re-activate the handheld.
   No response from the handheld.
4. Press the power button for a second time, and it lights up.

Somehow the "begin charge" notification is causing the T|T3 to ignore the
first wakeup indicator. Is this a known and common problem with these units,
or just my specimen? ;)
