If you are right, then it is no possible to test Blazer from Treo emulator
with an stand alone PC.
I am right?

The proxy does reformatting and image conversion -- that version of Blazer
can't directly display HTML -- it needs the proxy to read the HTML and
convert it to a device-specific format.

AFAIK, palmOne has never licensed the proxy for others to host, with the
possible exception of wireless operators that sold the Treo 180, 270 and
300 devices.
