Is that problem also going on Treo 600???
Doubtful -- this is an issue with the initial implementation of the non-volatile storage system used on the Treo 650 and Tungsten T5. There's some good analysis of this at http://hazelware.luggle.com/archive.html?58, and palmOne has a white paper on NVFS on their pluggedin.palmone.com developer site.
