Hi Tam, you just need to enqueue a vchrHardCradle key event. The system will launch the HotSync app (terminating yours) and it will do the sync just like you pressed the HotSync button on the craddle. To Trigger a wireless Hotsync, you can use vchrHardCradle2 instead.
