Convert xrd/bmp to prc

Anyone know how to convert xrd/bmp files created using PalmOS Developers Suite 
into prc's so I can use it w/OnBoardC?(Bird, actually;if you want it,I'm sorry 
I can't be more help but I forgot the website so I suggest you Google it and 
PP(Palm&Pascal),thats where I found it)
