Your open source application can have a line that includes the
appropriate header file from the PalmOne SDK, and you can call those
functions as you please. You can't distribute files from the SDK with
your source code, however, as that would violate the license you're
given by PalmOne.

Its really no different than using any of the Palm API calls. Someone
wishing to recompile your open source application needs to acquire the
Palm SDK (and now the PalmOne SDK) on their own -- just as you did.

Also, I'm not a lawyer, and your best bet if you're really worried
about that sort of thing, is to talk to someone who is.
