We have also had issues as our conduit used to delete the PIM databases using SyncDeleteDB. We have changed it to use SyncPurgeAllRecs and it now works with the Treo 650 and Tungsten T5 as well as other devices. We are still in the process of testing, but this function did receive the "thumbs up" from the HotSync team. I was told by a Palm representative that they do not know as of yet what is causing the issue. I'll update you if I hear anything...
