A little more information...
I pulled the ROM off the m105 and ran it on the emulator. I see the following
information in the thread stack:

5 <symbol is not available>
4 <symbol is not available>
3 <symbol is not available>
2 <symbol is not available>
1 <symbol is not available>
When I click on the 7th element in the stack, I see a 'C/C++ File Editor'
"Source Not Found" tabbed page about a failure to find the source for crt0.c.
Do I need the Palm OS 3.5 SDK and if so where can I find it?
