We had a user who was experiencing sporadic problems with our software on a Tungsten E. When we attempted to recreate the problem on the emulator or a simulator or an actual device, we had no luck at all. After searching through multiple pda user forums, I determined that there are occasionally problems with running third-party software on the Tungsten E. The only solution to the problem is to have the user return the device to PalmOne.

I reset it, but it happens each time." That isn't good and we are investigating but the really disturbing part is that the customer's palm crashes when he trys to delete our application! Has anyone else ever encountered a similar problem when deleting an app? Any idea what might be causing the delete application function to crash the palm? Thankful for any advice.
