Serial cable debugging in PODS requires a DevNub.prc to be installed on Treo 600. DevNub changes the normal mode of Treo to Console mode. DevNub could be found in PODS installation directories. make sure hotsync is not using the same COM port that is going to be used by PODS debugger via serial cable. otherwise, luancher will give out an error.
