thanks for quick answer
1) i did, btw debug version of emulator didn't liked it much, i had to continue
after some warnings

3) i found quite a lot of them, but every one has something corresponding
('rsrc', 'panl' (this date & time application is 'panl' too), ...). can this be
problem? (i doubt it, files are rom based and i don't believe i would have
invalid rom file...)

i use english on emulated device. and i should add that it never happened to me
when i drag&dropped application to emulator and run it from applauncher. this
error happens always only when i start debugging from codewarrior.
