Bound Emulator missing installed application on Windows XP

I am trying to create a demo for a palm application I created. It is a 
68K application, and I can load it into version 3.5 of the emulator 
without any difficulty, and save a session.

When I create a bound version using the "Create a version that restores 
the current session", I get an executable that runs fine, but my 
application is not installed!

If I choose the other option, the application appears not to be bound, 
and requires all the set-up in the beginning that the emulator 
requires. And my application is not installed either.

Is this a problem with XP, or am I doing something wrong? Any pointers 
appreciated.
