To the best of my knowledge, it is no longer available.
If that is a statement of fact ("it is currently no longer available"), we don't really need a PalmSource employee to tell us that -- we can see it for ourselves :-). If that is intended as a statement of PalmSource's intent ("it is and will be no longer available"), then it conflicts with information earlier provided by another PalmSource employee.
Back in December, Ben Combee wrote on his personal site [1]:
Access to seeding material and Palm OS source code isn't yet available with the new [developer pavilion]. We are working on the revised legal agreements to provide access to this, and I should be able to give more information in early January.
Now to be sure something on a then-employee's personal web site is not an official statement from PalmSource, but I think we all agree Ben has a reasonably good reputation around here and he surely had a reason for writing what he did.
Hopefully someone speaking officially for PalmSource will clarify PalmSource's intentions (and the reasons for them) with regard to this educational old source code.
