How do you create dynamic controls through code - withought creating a corresponding resource in the .rcx file?
1) You read the postings in the palm-dev-forum archive about this and decide if you REALLY want to do this, since dynamic controls have problems on many versions of Palm OS.
2) You look through the Palm OS API guide for APIs with "New" in their name.
