Anyone knows what kind of palm support this sample code and where can I find SDK for Treo 600?

The Treo 600 and 650 SDKs are part of the PluggedIn developer program at http://pluggedin.palmone.com. The Treo devices do not support the SMS API documented by PalmSource, but have their own SMS and telephony library.
