Hi All, Can anyone of you please put an end to the nightmares I am having since couple of weeks and help me to release an error free application??
I just don't seem to get along with field objects and whenever I have to add them, I end up having problems. Can anyone of you just tell me the steps to 1. Allow user to enter data in field object. 2. Store them in structure varible. 3. Display that data back when the user revists that form. It sounds so simple , but unfortunately not for me. My application has field object and when I tested using Emulator with Palm OS 3 and above, it used to crash after several thousand events. I tried to debug that problem , went through the example codes, manuals etc but without any success. I released that application since it didn't show up in the device. But my customers now have started using Palm OS 5 devices and when my application is run, it crashes in the form where there is a field object. I tried debugging again , but no use. And when I went through the example codes for help, I relaised none of the applications with field objects are using FldGetTextHandle(). How come?
