Yes, that's exactly what i'm asking: where is this button? Here all i see
is: home, menu, search, bluetooth. No rotate buttons at all....

Take a look at this URL. It shows the default T5 screen. At the bottom
right of the web page it shows the command bar, and the rotate button is
second from top in this orientation.
