Hello Mishael,

If you don't feel comfortable editing the registry, use the
CondCfg.exe tool which comes with the CDK. Once you have CondCfg open,
press the "HotSync Settings..." button, and you will be presented with
a dialog. On this dialog, there are two options you may need to
change:
Path (Core) - path to Palm Desktop (and the DLLs it needs)
HotSync Path - path to the HotSync manager, HotSync.exe

Just point these to whichever HotSync manager/desktop pairing you wish
to use, and you should be set.
