The fileformat from CW9 is *not* compatible with prc-tools.
You do not need the full PODS to recompile your app with prc-tools, you 
can also use classical command-line tools and make (which is what PODS 
does behind the scenes anyway).

Main problem is the conversion of resources (form, bitmaps etc.) and the 
different way multiple sections/segments are handled. For a single 
section/segment application it could be fairly easy.
