But, my question would be: why would you try to launch something about
which you didn't know the crID? I don't understand that. What DO you
know about this app that you want to launch? You could certainly look
at all 'appl' type databases and assess their database names. I would
think that, since the apps on any device depend almost entirely on what
the user has loaded, you might want to somehow involve the user in
selecting the app that you will launch. I dunno. Bob.
