This error happens when you pass 0 handle to these functions:
MemHandleFree
MemHandleSize
MemHandleResize
MemHandleLock/MemHandleUnlock
MemHandleToLocalID
Plus in other rarely used MemMgr functions accepting handle argument, such
as MemHandleFlags etc.
