This is one of the articles that turned me on to pre-defined menu commands.
What I was after was any info that gives a comprehensive list of the
available commands. It is frustrating to spend time creating routines and
then finding that it had already been done, you missed it because of a
limited vocabulary.

Not that I've seen. AFAIK, the Edit menu is the only one that has standard
actions.
